Kelsey A. Webber is a dedicated employment law attorney with years of experience handling complex workplace disputes. He has represented clients in arbitration and trial, securing favorable outcomes in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. His approach focuses on achieving justice for employees facing workplace challenges.

Kelsey earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was placed on the Dean’s Honor Roll. Soon after graduating, he began his practice representing employees in California. Early in his career, he contributed to a trial team that obtained a $4,750,000 verdict in an age discrimination case, in addition to achieving numerous significant settlements.

Kelsey later gained valuable experience representing major employers in high-profile employment disputes. This background gave him insight into defense strategies, which he now uses to strengthen his advocacy for employees. His practice includes handling matters under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), wage and hour laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA).

Kelsey also represents individuals in whistleblower and retaliation cases, including those filed under the California Whistleblower Act and relevant Labor Code provisions. He has been recognized by his peers and professional organizations, earning distinctions such as Top 100 Trial Attorney, Top 40 Under 40, Rising Star, and Ones to Watch. He was also nominated for Advocate of the Year by the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association.
