Kelsey A. Webber is a dedicated employment law attorney with years of experience handling complex workplace disputes. Kelsey earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was placed on the Dean’s Honor Roll. Soon after graduating, he began his practice representing employees in California. Early in his career, he contributed to a trial team that obtained a $4,750,000 verdict in an age discrimination case, in addition to achieving numerous significant settlements.

Kelsey later gained valuable experience representing major employers in high-profile employment disputes. This background gave him insight into defense strategies, which he now uses to strengthen his advocacy for employees. His practice includes handling matters under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), wage and hour laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA).
