Lu Pham has built a respected legal career representing clients in employment and commercial litigation. His practice includes defending businesses in complex disputes, including wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and whistleblower actions. He has also guided clients in executive agreements, workplace compliance, and crisis management.
Lu earned his B.A., with high honors, from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1987, followed by his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1990. His commitment to advancing legal education extended beyond his own studies, as he later served as an Adjunct Law Professor at Texas Wesleyan School of Law, mentoring future attorneys.
Lu is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and all Federal District Courts in Texas. His judicial experience includes serving as a Municipal Judge for the City of Grand Prairie. He has also been recognized with distinctions such as being named a Super Lawyer for multiple years and receiving the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s “Best Lawyers Under 40” award.
Lu has represented national and international businesses, including acting as National Coordinating Counsel for foreign manufacturers and importers. He has provided extensive training for employers on litigation avoidance, anti-discrimination compliance, and effective employment practices. His leadership extends to service with the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Development Board at the University of Texas at Arlington, and the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association.
