Jonathan Shapiro

Jonathan Shapiro has built a respected career as a leader in employment, labor, and employee benefits law. With decades of courtroom and advisory experience, he represents employers in wage-and-hour class and collective actions, as well as cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination across state and federal courts.

Jonathan began his academic journey at McGill University, earning a B.A. with distinction in 1984. He went on to Duke University School of Law, where he obtained his J.D. with honors in 1987.
