About
Chris Strianese is a skilled employment lawyer with a focus on representing individuals facing workplace discrimination and harassment. With a deep understanding of employment law and a commitment to advocacy, he has helped many people who were wrongfully treated at work. His experience allows him to fight confidently for clients across a range of employment matters.
Chris began his academic path by earning his undergraduate degree, followed by a Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School. After receiving his law degree, he joined Bryan Cave LLP in New York City, one of the largest law firms in the nation. There, he developed a solid foundation handling complex employment cases for major corporations, hedge funds, and private equity firms.
Much of Chris’s legal career has been devoted to litigation involving high-level executives and large-scale employment disputes. He played a key role in class and collective action lawsuits, including a proposed $100 million case that involved gender discrimination and pay inequality. His hands-on experience in large, high-stakes matters shaped his approach to client advocacy.
Chris is especially passionate about representing clients in sexual harassment claims. These sensitive and often painful cases require legal knowledge and care, both of which Chris brings to every client. He understands the unique challenges victims face and works hard to make sure their rights are protected through strategic and thorough representation.
Chris Strianese emphasizes strategic preparation and only takes on cases with true merit. Whether pursuing a strong settlement or preparing for trial, he commits to each case with intensity and focus. His goal is always to achieve the best result for those suffering injustice. For many clients, his legal support has been a turning point in holding employers accountable.
