Zana Tomich

Zana Tomich is a Detroit-based attorney with over twenty years of experience providing strategic legal counsel to businesses and nonprofit organizations. As outside general counsel to a range of small to midsize companies, she brings a deep understanding of corporate operations, particularly in the banking, financial services, and professional services sectors.

Zana earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Her educational background supports her pragmatic and business-focused legal perspective, allowing her to craft solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.

In her fractional general counsel role, Zana advises on corporate governance, entity structuring, employment policy, M&A transactions, and commercial contracts.
