Daljit earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with high distinction from the University of Michigan. This combination of legal and economic expertise enables him to guide clients through both business strategy and legal structure.

Daljit has over 20 years of experience advising companies through all corporate lifecycle stages—from formation and venture capital funding to reorganizations and cross-border restructurings. He is frequently retained by boards and special committees to provide guidance on fiduciary duties, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.
