William M. Reasoner

William M. Reasoner is a shareholder at Dickinson, Bradshaw, Fowler & Hagen, P.C., where he represents clients in a wide range of business and general litigation matters. His practice includes commercial disputes, real estate and land use litigation, trust and estate litigation, construction conflicts, and administrative appeals. He frequently advises outdoor advertising companies across Iowa on zoning, permitting, and property rights issues, and has litigated complex land use disputes involving municipal and state regulations.

William earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, William clerked with law firms in Iowa City, gaining valuable experience in litigation and property matters. He is admitted to practice in Iowa and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.
