Mollie M. Pawlosky

Mollie M. Pawlosky is a shareholder at Dickinson, Bradshaw, Fowler & Hagen, P.C., where she represents clients in complex commercial litigation. Her practice includes foreclosure actions, collections, creditors’ rights, corporate governance disputes, construction litigation, mechanics’ lien disputes, and appellate matters. Mollie earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors from Grinnell College and her Juris Doctor, with honors, from DePaul University College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the DePaul Law Review. Prior to joining Dickinson Bradshaw in 2002, Mollie practiced business litigation at a large Chicago firm, bringing with her extensive experience in corporate and financial disputes.
