Will B. Geer

Will B. Geer is a partner at Rountree Leitman Klein & Geer, LLC, where he focuses his practice on helping individuals and businesses navigate bankruptcy and financial restructuring. He represents debtors seeking relief from financial distress as well as creditors seeking to protect their rights. His experience includes filing Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases across Georgia and advising clients nationwide on bankruptcy issues.

Geer earned his B.B.A. in economics from Valdosta State University, graduating valedictorian of the Harley Langdale College of Business. He received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, finishing in the top 25 percent of his class. His strong academic foundation continues to guide his approach to problem-solving and client advocacy in complex financial matters.

Following law school, Geer clerked for the Honorable John T. Laney III, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Georgia. He later practiced at a large Atlanta law firm representing creditors in bankruptcy, gaining valuable insight into creditor strategies. In 2022, after co-founding and building his own firm, Wiggam & Geer, he joined Rountree Leitman Klein & Geer, LLC, where he continues to represent consumer and corporate debtors in cases across the metro Atlanta area.

Will B. Geer is licensed to practice in all Georgia state courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. A member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, he focuses on helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial distress.
