Todd S. Aidman

Todd S. Aidman is a Partner who focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He represents companies in complex disputes in state and federal courts and before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. His work includes defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract. He is also nationally known for handling Title III ADA matters and collective actions brought under the FLSA.

Todd earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1999. During law school, he served on the Moot Court Board and gained practical experience through judicial and prosecutorial internships. He also earned an M.B.A. from Stetson University in 1999 and a B.S. from the University of Florida in 1996. His combined legal and business education helps him understand both the legal and operational needs of employers.

In his legal career, Todd has handled complex and class action litigation across many industries. He defends employers against claims under the FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, and the WARN Act, as well as disputes involving noncompetition agreements and trade secrets. He regularly practices at the trial and appellate levels. His strong motion practice and courtroom advocacy have helped companies manage risk and resolve high-stakes employment matters effectively.

Todd S. Aidman also provides proactive counseling to employers on workplace policies, compliance, and union avoidance. He guides businesses on employee handbooks, drug testing, disability access, and workplace investigations. Through seminars and training programs, he educates management and human resources teams on best practices. By combining litigation skills with practical advice, he helps organizations prevent disputes and respond quickly when legal challenges arise.
