Jason S. Bell is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses on franchise and distributorship disputes nationwide. He regularly represents franchisors in litigation and arbitration matters, handling complex conflicts that affect national and regional business operations. His practice also includes commercial litigation involving antitrust, labor, and cross-border matters.
Jason earned his B.A., cum laude, in political science and sociology from Vanderbilt University in 1991. He later received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. During law school, he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.
Jason was admitted to the Georgia and Florida Bars in 1994. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His work often involves high-stakes disputes between franchisors and distributors, requiring a deep understanding of franchise systems and regulatory frameworks.
Jason served as Articles and Comments Editor on the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. He was also a member of the University of Miami Moot Court Board and the 1994 University of Miami International Law Moot Court Team. These experiences strengthened his advocacy skills and sharpened his courtroom strategy.
