Craig A. Kubiak is a Partner with more than 30 years of litigation experience representing employers, health care professionals, and physician groups. He advises businesses and individuals on employment, regulatory, and contractual matters. He takes time to understand each client’s operations and goals, tailoring legal strategies to their specific needs.
Craig earned his B.A. in 1988 from Marquette University, before receiving his J.D. in 1991, magna cum laude, from Marquette University. His academic achievement reflects strong analytical skills and disciplined preparation. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Craig represents employers in discrimination claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) matters, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cases. He also advises on employment contracts and non-compete agreements, regularly litigating restrictive covenant disputes nationwide. His experience helps businesses manage risk and respond effectively to workplace challenges.
In the health care sector, Craig counsels independent physician groups and individual providers on business and regulatory issues. He assists with establishing new practices and navigating relationships between employed physicians and health systems. His practical approach helps clients adapt to changes in the health care market while protecting their professional and financial interests.
Craig has been selected to the Wisconsin Law Journal’s Powerlist – Health Care Law: 2025. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Honorable Robert J. Parins Legal Society of Northeast Wisconsin, and Brown County Bar Association.
