Greg P. Curtis is a Partner whose legal practice focuses on Business & Commercial Law, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Real Estate Law, and Employment law. Since beginning his career in 1990, he has provided legal counsel to business owners, individuals, and municipalities. His approach centers on practical solutions, careful planning, and strong attention to detail in every matter he handles.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin. He was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 1990. He is also admitted to the United States District Court – Eastern District of Wisconsin (1990) and the United States District Court – Western District of Wisconsin (1991).
Greg concentrates his work in business and corporate law, estate planning, elder law, real estate, and business succession planning. He has extensive experience forming corporations and limited liability companies, drafting buy-sell agreements, preparing employment agreements, and reviewing and litigating contract enforceability issues. His practice also includes drafting and reviewing stock sale agreements and guiding clients through complex business sales and purchases from negotiation to closing.
Greg P. Curtis prepares and reviews key real estate documents, including land contracts, purchase offers, and deeds. He has also represented municipalities for many years as a town, city, and village attorney, advising on a variety of local government matters. He has been rated a “premium pick” for wills, probate, and trusts and estates by a Fox Cities Magazine survey and has been named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyer list since 2014. He is a Member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Outagamie County Bar Association.
