Timothy Tahmoures Cameron

Timothy Tahmoures Cameron, Esq., is the Founding Partner of Cameron Law Center, LLC. He represents individuals, families, and businesses in business law, contract matters, divorce, LGBTQ+ family law, and criminal defense cases. Licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, he provides strategic guidance in both transactional and litigation matters. His practice focuses on practical solutions, risk management, and strong advocacy tailored to each client’s needs.

Timothy earned his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 2015. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney in the Refugee & Human Rights Clinic and gained experience with the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. Department of State. He received his B.A. in Global Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2012. His education reflects a strong background in law, policy, and international affairs.

Before founding his firm, Timothy served as in-house corporate counsel for a large healthcare management services organization. In that role, he oversaw multimillion-dollar transactions, negotiated commercial leases and vendor contracts, drafted asset purchase agreements, and advised executive leadership on regulatory compliance and risk reduction. He also served as Special Assistant General Counsel for a major Illinois state agency, drafting contracts and advising on public policy matters.

Timothy Tahmoures Cameron has also represented domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and complex litigation.
