Sean P. Fogarty

Sean P. Fogarty is Managing Partner and brings 20 years of corporate and M&A experience to his leadership role. He focuses on shaping strategic growth initiatives while maintaining an active practice. His work centers on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, recapitalizations, equity and debt financings, and corporate governance matters.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, from the University of Virginia before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to the State of Georgia. His education provides a strong foundation for advising clients on complex corporate transactions and operational issues.

Sean counsels middle-market businesses, financial investors, private equity sponsors, and entrepreneurs throughout the United States. He provides guidance on transformative transactions and day-to-day business matters. His clients operate in transportation and distribution, food service, healthcare services, hospitality, benefits administration, franchising, and life sciences industries.

Sean has represented public and private companies in significant transactions, including Astec Industries, Inc. in its $67.5 million acquisition of CWMF, LLC. He has advised Rollins, Inc. in multiple acquisitions nationwide and represented sellers in private equity recapitalizations and exit transactions. He also guides buyers in leveraged acquisitions and roll-up strategies.
