Taylor Duty

Taylor Duty is the Lead Business Attorney at JJH Law in Portland, Oregon, where she provides strategic and transparent legal counsel to businesses, employers, contractors, and individuals. Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon with dual undergraduate degrees in a field related to her legal studies. Her academic achievements support a strong foundation in legal analysis, client advocacy, and commercial strategy, which she applies in every aspect of her law practice.

In her career, Taylor has advised entities from single-member LLCs to large corporations. She routinely assists with entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, investment strategy, and risk mitigation. Taylor also has significant experience in commercial real estate, representing both landlords and tenants in lease transactions, and assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
