Erin N. Empting

Erin N. Empting is a dedicated partner at Jamison Empting Cronin LLP, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation matters throughout California. With over a decade of experience, she represents clients in employment, products liability, premises liability, complex torts, real estate, and business disputes. She works closely with clients in the construction, maritime, and automotive industries, guiding them from the initial complaint through to verdict. Known for her creative discovery strategies and strong trial preparation skills, Erin brings thoughtful solutions and clear communication to every case she handles.

Erin earned her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University of Long Beach, completed in 2007, where she attended on a full athletic scholarship for women’s soccer from 2003 to 2007.

Erin’s career includes extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts. She has second-chaired several trials to verdict involving employment law matters and has prevailed on multiple summary judgment motions in state court. She also represents clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and unemployment hearings, ensuring that their interests are protected at every stage.

Before becoming a partner at Jamison Empting Cronin LLP, Erin honed her skills as an associate at Pond North LLP in Los Angeles, where she worked on premises and products liability issues for Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, and large manufacturers. She also served as a managing associate at Levine & Bill LLP in Beverly Hills, focusing on business disputes and labor and employment cases.

Erin N. Empting is admitted to the California State Bar and the District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
