Based in Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, she provides personalized legal support for clients statewide, with over 20 years of trusted experience.
Kathleen earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2000, following her magna cum laude B.S. from Widener University in 1995. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and has developed a multifaceted legal practice grounded in both academic excellence and practical client advocacy.
Kathleen is known for helping individuals and families navigate estate planning, elder law, probate, and fiduciary litigation. She has assisted with asset protection for Medicaid and VA benefits, and notably handled Delaware’s first same-sex adoption case, which set an important legal precedent in the state.
