Stephen T Bowling

Stephen T Bowling is the Founder and CEO of a Texas criminal defense practice serving clients facing DWI and other criminal charges. His work includes misdemeanor and felony DWI, DWI with a child passenger, drug charges, domestic violence, assault, theft, weapons charges, and jail release matters. He has represented thousands of criminal defense clients in Central Texas and brings prior military and law-enforcement experience to the investigation and defense of criminal cases.

Stephen earned a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He also received an M.S. in Management from Liberty University in 2008 and a B.S. in Business Management from Liberty University in 2006. During law school, he participated in the University of New Hampshire Criminal Clinic, where he represented clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and DWI matters.

Stephen served in the US Navy from 1997 to 2007 and later attended the Navy’s Military Police School. He worked as a patrolman, Field Training Officer, Assistant Watch Commander, and Watch Commander. During his final law-school semester, he worked for the Law Office of Lanham Blackwell on personal injury, mass tort, and criminal matters. He opened his own practice in 2013 and developed a team-based approach to DWI and criminal defense.
