About
Shana H. Bridgeman is a Partner in the Boca Raton office whose practice focuses on management-side labor and employment law. She advises businesses, municipal clients, and HR leaders on collective bargaining, employee discipline, grievances, policy development, employment agreements, workplace investigations, and risk management. Her work includes matters arising under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and the Florida Civil Rights Act, along with administrative claims, labor arbitrations, appellate matters, civil rights issues, and police legal advisement.
Shana earned a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Florida. Her legal education supports a practice that requires careful analysis of workplace statutes, employment policies, labor agreements, disciplinary issues, and administrative procedures. That training complements more than two decades of legal experience and helps her advise employers on compliance, investigations, litigation risk, and practical responses to complex workforce concerns.
Shana represents employers before the EEOC, Florida Public Employees Relations Commission, Florida Commission on Human Relations, Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, and in arbitration proceedings. She conducts investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, ethics concerns, and policy violations, providing findings and remediation recommendations to organizational leadership. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County and was first-chair trial counsel in approximately 50 trials. She later served municipal and private clients as Labor Counsel, Deputy City Attorney, Assistant General Counsel, and Police Legal Advisor.
Shana H. Bridgeman brings extensive employment, municipal, investigative, and courtroom experience to management-side representation. Before joining her current firm, she founded and operated her own law firm, providing legal counsel, workplace investigations, and compliance consulting to businesses, local governments, and HR directors throughout Florida. She is a certificate holder and member of the Association of Workplace Investigators. Her experience also includes assisting a Florida police department with the state’s first petition for a Risk Protection Order under the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act.
