Serge Tomassian

Serge Tomassian, Esq. is a highly respected lawyer and the Managing Partner at Tomassian, Inouye & Grigorian LLP, based in Irvine, California. With more than 34 years of experience, he focuses on real estate, construction, and complex business litigation. Mr. Tomassian has handled many high-stakes trials and arbitrations, helping clients recover over $200 million through settlements and mediations. Mr. Tomassian earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California, graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He then received his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, where he served as Vice President of the International Moot Court Honors Board. He also completed a Certificate of Law from the Institute of International and Comparative Law in Paris, France.

Mr. Tomassian began his legal career as a litigator at the international law firm O’Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles. In 1993, he became a partner at his current firm and has since led many major cases across the public and private sectors. He has worked on construction defect claims, soil movement disputes, landslide issues, environmental claims, and more. He is also skilled in handling mechanics liens, stop notices, and business litigation matters.

Mr. Tomassian has helped both plaintiffs and defendants in challenging cases involving construction, real estate, employment, and commercial law. As an experienced arbitrator and mediator, he also works with the American Arbitration Association. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court.
