Serge Tomassian

Serge Tomassian, Esq. is a highly respected lawyer and the Managing Partner at Tomassian, Inouye & Grigorian LLP, based in Irvine, California. Mr. Tomassian earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California, graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He also completed a Certificate of Law from the Institute of International and Comparative Law in Paris, France.

Mr. Tomassian launched his legal career as a litigator at the international law firm O’Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles. Since becoming a partner at his current firm in 1993, he has successfully led high-stakes cases for clients in both the public and private sectors. His experience covers complex construction defect claims, soil movement and landslide disputes, and a wide range of environmental claims. He also has deep expertise in mechanics liens, stop payment notices, and business litigation matters.

Mr. Tomassian has helped both plaintiffs and defendants in challenging cases involving construction, real estate, employment, and commercial law. As an experienced arbitrator and mediator, he also works with the American Arbitration Association. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court.
