Brent A. Tucker is a litigation and dispute resolution attorney serving clients through his role as an Attorney at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. He focuses on assisting with eDiscovery strategies and supporting complex legal disputes across a broad range of practice areas. His legal work is complemented by earlier experience in estate planning, long-term care, and elder law matters.
Brent earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2007, where he was active in the Honors Program and Mock Trial. He later received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2010. As a member of the Mock Trial and Double Dawg Society, his legal education combined academic rigor with courtroom training.
Brent began his legal career at Rhodes Law Firm, P.C., where he practiced estate planning and elder law, including long-term care. He joined King & Spalding LLP in 2014, where he has spent over a decade assisting clients with complex eDiscovery processes as part of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes team.
In addition to his law practice, Brent brings extensive experience in legal education and advocacy training. He has served as an adjunct professor at Furman University, coaching and developing the university’s mock trial program, and spent six years with Kaplan Test Prep as a leading LSAT and GRE instructor. This background highlights his strong commitment to mentoring aspiring lawyers and equipping future attorneys with the skills they need to succeed in law school and beyond.
