Brent A. Tucker is a litigation and dispute resolution attorney serving clients through his role as an Attorney at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. He focuses on assisting with eDiscovery strategies and supporting complex legal disputes across a broad range of practice areas. His legal work is complemented by earlier experience in estate planning, long-term care, and elder law matters.
Brent earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2007, where he was active in the Honors Program and Mock Trial. He later received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2010. As a member of the Mock Trial and Double Dawg Society, his legal education combined academic rigor with courtroom training.
Brent began his legal career at Rhodes Law Firm, P.C., where he practiced estate planning and elder law, including long-term care. He joined King & Spalding LLP in 2014, where he has spent over a decade assisting clients with complex eDiscovery processes as part of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes team.
In addition to his practice, Brent has a background in legal education and advocacy training. He previously served as an adjunct professor at Furman University, supporting the mock trial program, and worked for Kaplan Test Prep for six years, specializing in LSAT and GRE instruction. These roles reflect his passion for mentoring and preparing future attorneys.
