Jacquin P. Gilchrist, Esq. is the President and CEO of The Gilchrist Law Firm, P.A., a Florida-based legal practice offering services in litigation, real estate, and government consulting. Mr. Gilchrist earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.

Before founding his own law firm, Jacquin P. Gilchrist served over four years on active duty in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. There, he worked in several legal roles, including estate planning, tax law, prosecution, and labor law. His military legal service allowed him to develop a wide-ranging skill set and deep understanding of federal legal systems.

After completing his active-duty service, Mr. Gilchrist transitioned into private practice with several leading law firms. He handled real estate closings and complex litigation, advising individual and corporate clients across the United States and abroad. This international experience became the foundation for The Gilchrist Law Firm P.A., where he continues to broaden the firm’s reach and impact.

Today, under his leadership, The Gilchrist Law Firm P.A. serves multiple U.S. government agencies as well as a wide range of private-sector clients. Recognized for strategic planning, practical problem-solving, and results-driven execution, Mr. Gilchrist has built a team of seasoned professionals whose diverse legal and consulting backgrounds add value to every matter the firm handles.

In addition to his civilian practice, Jacquin P. Gilchrist continued his military service as a JAG Corps attorney in the Florida Army National Guard and later in the U.S. Army Reserves.
