Mr. Gilchrist earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.

Before founding his own law firm, Jacquin P. Gilchrist served over four years on active duty in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. There, he worked in several legal roles, including estate planning, tax law, prosecution, and labor law. His military legal service allowed him to develop a wide-ranging skill set and deep understanding of federal legal systems.

After his active-duty service, Mr. Gilchrist entered private practice at multiple respected firms.
