Sarai Medrano

Sarai Medrano is an associate at Hall Booth Smith’s Little Rock office, where she concentrates her practice on immigration and labor and employment matters. With a focus on serving diverse communities and employers, she brings energy, dedication, and a client-first approach to every case she handles.

Sarai earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2023. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and represented clients as a student attorney in the Consumer Protection Clinic. She holds a B.B.A. in International Business, cum laude, from Harding University.

Before joining the firm, Sarai gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at HBS and as a law clerk for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. In that role, she assisted with investigations into Medicaid provider violations and elder abuse cases, developing her litigation and research skills.

Sarai also served as a law clerk at a private firm, supporting both criminal and civil litigation. She was actively involved in local legal advocacy efforts, including campaign work during the judicial election for Circuit Judge in District 6, Division 12.

Sarai Medrano is admitted to practice in Arkansas and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and previously held leadership roles in the Latin American Law Student Association and the American Marketing Association.
