Guillermo Hernandez is the lead immigration counsel at The Hernandez Law Firm, PLLC, in downtown Little Rock. He focuses his practice on employment-based and family-based immigration, offering strategic legal solutions for individuals, professionals, and businesses navigating the complex U.S. immigration system.

Guillermo earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law in 2005. He also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business, both from Harding University. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2006.

As Legal Counselor for the Mexican Consulate in Little Rock, Guillermo provides critical support to Mexican nationals in Arkansas. His work often involves cross-border legal matters, and he draws on his fluency in Spanish to review, translate, and analyze international business contracts for multinational companies.

Guillermo’s background also includes time as general assistant manager at Galerie International in Miami, FL, where he oversaw global marketing and import/export operations. He has also practiced with the International Group at Catlett & Stodola, PLC, further strengthening his knowledge of international law and immigration compliance.

Guillermo frequently presents at continuing legal education seminars and professional forums on immigration law and Department of Labor regulations. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association.
