About

Clint Coleman is an accomplished employment law attorney and the founder of East Tennessee Employment Law. He represents clients in matters involving workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, whistleblower claims, non-compete litigation, and other civil matters. Dedicated to protecting employee rights, he combines legal skill with a results-focused approach to help clients navigate complex workplace challenges.

Mr. Coleman earned his undergraduate degree from Young Harris College, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball team and twice named Academic All-Conference. He went on to earn his J.D., magna cum laude, from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law, graduating in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, he served on the Board of the Moot Court competition team and earned multiple CALI Awards for top performance in courses including Torts, Business Organizations, and Topics in Environmental Law.

Mr. Coleman began his legal career in Memphis, representing families in domestic relations matters. He later joined a Knoxville-based boutique employment law firm, where he advocated for employees impacted by workplace violations. In 2024, he established his own firm, focusing on employment law and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice throughout Tennessee, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
