Samuel B. Angus

Samuel B. Angus is a partner in the Corporate practice in San Francisco. He advises founders, boards of directors, startup and venture-backed companies, mature businesses, and investors on a wide range of complex transactions and corporate matters across the technology and innovation economy.

Samuel earned a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the UC Law SF International and Comparative Review. He also earned a B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Samuel advises clients on early and late-stage equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He works closely with leadership teams and investors to guide companies through major transactions and help them manage growth and evolving business needs.
