Chelsea Anderson

Chelsea Anderson is a partner in the Corporate practice in Seattle. She advises companies and investors on a broad range of corporate matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Her work focuses on supporting innovative companies across the technology and life sciences sectors.

Chelsea earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also earned a B.A., summa cum laude, Political Science and French from the University of Washington. Her academic background supports her work on complex corporate transactions.

Chelsea represents public and private companies, as well as investors, in a wide range of securities transactions. Her experience includes initial public offerings, PIPE transactions, follow on offerings, secondary offerings, and at the market offerings. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions.

Chelsea counsels companies on securities law compliance and disclosure matters. She advises on corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and regulatory and stock exchange requirements. Her guidance helps companies navigate complex reporting responsibilities while maintaining strong governance and transparency practices.

Her work includes capital markets transactions and mergers involving companies such as Coinbase, Smartsheet, Redfin, and Wealthfront, as well as several biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.
