Chelsea Anderson is a partner in the Corporate practice in Seattle. Chelsea earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also earned a B.A., summa cum laude, Political Science and French from the University of Washington. Her academic background supports her work on complex corporate transactions.
Chelsea represents public and private companies, as well as investors, in a wide range of securities transactions.
