Michael A. Brown is a partner in the Corporate practice with offices in San Francisco and Santa Monica. He advises emerging and established technology companies and investors on complex corporate matters and major transactions across rapidly growing innovation driven industries and global markets.

Michael earned a J.D., Concentration in Business Law from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. He also earned a B.S., magna cum laude, Business Administration from California State University, Chico. His academic background supports his work advising companies on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters.

Michael serves as a trusted legal and business advisor to companies ranging from early stage startups to mature publicly traded corporations. Michael has advised on several notable technology transactions. His work includes representing Wiz in its pending sale to Google and funding round, advising Coinbase on its direct listing, and representing companies such as CoreWeave, Wealthfront, and BitGo in their initial public offerings.
