Samantha J. Fitzgerald has devoted her legal career to helping individuals and families secure their futures through thoughtful estate planning and guidance in probate and trust administration. Samantha began her academic journey at Palm Beach Atlantic College, where she earned a B.S. cum laude. She continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating magna cum laude with her J.D. She later earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. As a Certified Public Accountant, she combines legal and financial insight to provide comprehensive estate planning services.

Samantha is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court. Her practice includes probate and trust administration, guardianship, and high net worth estate planning, along with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her background enables her to serve diverse client needs with accuracy and compassion, ensuring that estates are structured efficiently and families are protected.
