Stacy Geiger

Stacy Geiger, Esq. is the founder of Geiger Law, where she offers personalized legal representation across family law, criminal defense, probate, and civil matters. Since beginning her legal career in 2005, she has built a reputation for professionalism, persistence, and dedication to achieving meaningful results for her clients.

Stacy earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law after completing both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Central Florida. In 2018, she became certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Mediator, a distinction that reflects her commitment to resolving disputes with fairness, empathy, and efficiency.

Stacy’s career began at one of Florida’s largest collection law firms, where she handled thousands of depositions, trials, and settlements. She later transitioned to defending consumers at one of the nation’s largest debt settlement firms, where she successfully protected clients from creditor harassment and wage garnishments. She also served as a contract attorney for a Fortune 500 company, gaining national experience in mass tort litigation and sharpening her investigative and negotiation skills.

In 2017, Stacy founded Geiger Law to provide comprehensive legal support to individuals and families in Palm Coast and throughout Florida. Her practice encompasses family law, wills, probate, homeowners insurance claims, landlord-tenant disputes, and debt settlement. Clients value her approachable style, detailed preparation, and unwavering advocacy, whether in mediation or the courtroom.

Stacy Geiger is an active member of the Florida Bar Association, the Flagler Bar Association, and the Middle District of Florida. Guided by integrity and compassion, she continues to expand Geiger Law’s impact, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence and peace of mind.
