Diane A. Vidal is a respected attorney with Chiumento Law, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on probate, guardianship, trust administration, and estate planning. Ms. Vidal earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau Journal. She earned her B.A., with honors, in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Rutgers University. Her academic excellence and commitment to legislative reform early in her career continue to inform her thoughtful and strategic legal approach today.
An award-winning attorney, Ms. Vidal was recognized for ten consecutive years as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star and received the 2022 Women in Business Civil Leader Award from the Daytona Beach News Journal. She currently serves as Secretary of the Flagler County Bar Association and previously held roles as its President and as Immediate Past President of the Professional Women of Flagler County. Her leadership extends to mentoring students through the Flagler County Education Foundation.
