Ronald B. Glazer

Ronald B. Glazer serves as Of Counsel at Astor Weiss Kaplan & Mandel LLP, where he is a key member of the Real Estate Business & Financing groups. With a decades-long legal career, he focuses on real estate development, investment transactions, and condominium and homeowners’ association structuring and operation. He is also active in dispute resolution as a trained arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.

Ronald earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1967, graduating cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College in 1964, also cum laude. He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 1967 and is widely recognized for his legal authority in real estate and community association law.
