Dana M. Kyle is a highly experienced real estate attorney with over three decades of legal practice in New Mexico. Dana focuses her work on real estate law, estate planning, probate, and business planning, helping clients manage their legal needs with clarity and confidence. Dana earned her B.A. from Wichita State University in 1992 and later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1995. Dana’s educational background provided a strong foundation for her career in estate, business, and real estate law, fields that require deep legal knowledge and strategic thinking.

Dana launched her legal career at a prominent, multi-office law firm in New Mexico, where she practiced for 14 years and rose to partner. In 2009, she founded The Law Offices of Dana M. Kyle, P.A. to offer more personalized, face-to-face legal services in a comfortable, relaxed environment. Today, clients turn to Dana for creative, hands-on solutions to complex real estate, property, and estate planning matters.

In recognition of her dedication to client service, Dana received the “2020 10 BEST Estate Planning Attorney” award. She frequently speaks at estate planning and probate events throughout Southern New Mexico and presents to local business owners on topics such as business succession and employment law.
