Robin Jackson

Robin Jackson is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice focuses on defending law enforcement agencies, governmental bodies, and healthcare institutions across South Carolina. She has extensive experience in state and federal litigation, handling sensitive cases involving civil rights claims, medical malpractice, governmental liability, and constitutional matters.

Robin earned her B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Miami University in 1996. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Ohio Northern University, Claude Pettit College of Law, in 1999. Licensed in both South Carolina and Ohio, she quickly began building a career dedicated to public service, defense, and complex litigation.

Robin began her career with the Bucher Firm, representing police, fire, and EMS employees in accident and nursing home defense cases. She later joined the Stuckey Law Firm in 2003, focusing on Section 1983 defense and claims against the South Carolina Department of Corrections. In 2006, she transitioned to Senn, McDonald and Leinbach, which became Senn Legal, where she has served as a partner since 2013.

Robin represents municipalities and agencies, including the City of Charleston, City of North Charleston, Charleston County, Berkeley County, Dorchester County, and SLED. Her litigation background spans cases of police shootings, high-speed pursuits, jail suicides, sexual assaults, excessive force, false arrest, malicious prosecution, medical malpractice, defamation, and Title IX defense. She has appeared before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the Fourth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States, earning a reputation for skilled appellate advocacy.
