Jeffrey B. Jones

Jeffrey B. Jones is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing employers in labor and employment law. Based in Orlando and Miami, he has successfully handled numerous proceedings before state and federal courts, as well as agencies such as the EEOC and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

Jeffrey earned his B.S. from Florida State University in 1991 and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1994. Before focusing on labor and employment matters, he established an impressive foundation as a prosecutor, where he tried over 30 jury trials, including several high-profile cases. That trial background strengthened his ability to advocate effectively on behalf of management in complex disputes.

Jeffrey regularly represents employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and preferential treatment under federal and state laws, including Title VII and the Florida Civil Rights Act.
