Jeffrey Berman

Jeffrey Berman is the founder of The Berman Law Firm in Miami, where he dedicates his practice to representing individuals in personal injury, civil rights, and abuse victim advocacy cases. With extensive trial and appellate experience, he has successfully represented thousands of clients in Florida state and federal courts, earning a reputation as a zealous and compassionate advocate.

Jeffrey obtained his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Florida before earning his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, allowing him to represent clients across the state.

Jeffrey established a strong foundation in litigation during his early years of practice at a respected personal injury defense firm. That experience gave him unique insight into how defense lawyers and insurance companies approach cases, a perspective that now benefits his clients.
