Robert W. Pritchard has built a distinguished career representing employers in high-stakes wage and hour litigation across the United States. He has handled complex class, collective, and hybrid actions in both state and federal courts, while also advising businesses on compliance matters, payroll audits, and classification issues to reduce risks and avoid disputes.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude in 1992. He continued his education at the University of Dayton School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 1995. This strong academic foundation set the stage for his successful career in labor and employment law.

Early in his professional path, Robert served as a law clerk for Judge Carol Los Mansmann of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His appellate work has since included oral arguments before four U.S. Courts of Appeals and four state Supreme Courts. He has secured significant victories, such as defending arbitration rights under the Federal Arbitration Act and clarifying rules for collective action settlements.

Robert has also taken an active role in shaping workplace policy in Pennsylvania. His testimony and written contributions have provided valuable guidance on issues like exemptions, tip credits, and pay standards.
