Robert J. Wiley is a Dallas-based employment attorney with a long record of fighting for workers’ rights. Since founding his legal practice in 2000, he has represented over a thousand employees in actions against their employers. He is board-certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Robert earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University before attending Tulane Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor with honors. This academic foundation gave him the skills and knowledge to take on high-stakes legal matters and support clients through every stage of the legal process.

Robert has handled everything from standard workplace disputes to large, complex employment lawsuits. He represents employees in hearings before government agencies like the EEOC and in state and federal courts. He served as president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association from 2009 to 2015 and chaired the Dallas Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section in 2022. He regularly shares insights at professional events like the State Bar of Texas Annual Advanced Employment Law Course and the National Employment Lawyers Association Annual Meeting.
