Robert J. Wiley is a Dallas-based employment attorney with a long record of fighting for workers’ rights. Since founding his legal practice in 2000, he has represented over a thousand employees in actions against their employers. He is board-certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Robert earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University before attending Tulane Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor with honors. This academic foundation gave him the skills and knowledge to take on high-stakes legal matters and support clients through every stage of the legal process.
Robert has handled everything from standard workplace disputes to large, complex employment lawsuits. He represents employees in hearings before government agencies like the EEOC and in state and federal courts.
