Mallorie M. Blaylock is a passionate and results-driven civil rights attorney serving Southeast Michigan as part of the team at Stempien Law PLLC. She concentrates her practice on representing individuals whose rights have been violated through police misconduct, excessive force, workplace harassment, and discriminatory practices. With a clear focus on justice and accountability, she works tirelessly to protect her clients and hold wrongdoers responsible.
Mallorie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Detroit, Michigan, in 2015. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Eastern Michigan Uni, where she earned a B.S., graduating with honors, cum laude. Her academic credentials reflect her strong foundation in legal reasoning and advocacy.
In addition to civil rights, Mallorie practices personal injury and no-fault insurance law, advocating for individuals injured due to negligence and those wrongfully denied benefits. Her litigation work is driven by a commitment to giving every client a voice, regardless of their background or circumstances. Her efforts have helped numerous clients receive the legal redress they deserve.
Mallorie began her legal career with a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm in Royal Oak, Michigan, and currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Stempien Law PLLC. Her work today spans personal injury (50%), employment law involving sexual harassment and discrimination (25%), and civil rights cases (25%). Mallorie is especially committed to addressing civil rights abuses within law enforcement systems.
Licensed to practice in Michigan, Mallorie M. Blaylock is also admitted to practice in federal court in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. She is an active member of the Michigan Association for Justice and was recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2023. Mallorie continues to be a dedicated advocate for justice and equality.
