Perry Weitz

Perry Weitz, Esq., is the co-founding member of Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C., and one of America’s most respected trial lawyers. For nearly four decades, he has championed the rights of individuals harmed by asbestos exposure, defective medical devices, toxic environmental conditions, and corporate negligence. A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, Weitz began his career representing union workers diagnosed with mesothelioma and asbestos-related diseases.
