Payam Yazdani

Payam Yazdani is the managing attorney at Yazdani Law, LLC, a firm that is fully dedicated to immigration law. With over a decade of legal experience and more than 45 years of combined team experience, the firm has helped nearly 3,000 clients, including major companies and universities, in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Yazdani’s legal background includes 13 years of experience working with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), giving him a deep understanding of complex immigration procedures and challenges.

Mr. Yazdani earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2008. He holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University (2004) and has completed coursework toward a Master of Architecture at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mr. Yazdani started his legal career as a law clerk and later attorney at Bloomfield & Kempf, LLP. His work contributed to the firm’s top-tier ranking in immigration law by U.S. News & Best Lawyers. In 2015, he founded Yazdani Law, LLC, focusing solely on immigration cases. He has represented clients in removal proceedings and achieved successful outcomes, including terminations of deportation cases.

Mr. Yazdani is admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio and the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has served as AILA’s ICE liaison in Ohio and remains active in multiple legal associations.

Payam Yazdani’s honors include being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and receiving the 10 Best award from the American Institute of Legal Counsel. Known for his legal writing and public speaking, Mr. Yazdani has published in respected legal journals and teaches immigration law to other attorneys.
