Payam Yazdani

Payam Yazdani is the managing attorney at Yazdani Law, LLC, a firm that is fully dedicated to immigration law. With over a decade of legal experience and more than 45 years of combined team experience, the firm has helped nearly 3,000 clients, including major companies and universities, in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Yazdani’s legal background includes 13 years of experience working with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), giving him a deep understanding of complex immigration procedures and challenges.

Mr. Yazdani earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2008. He holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University (2004) and has completed coursework toward a Master of Architecture at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mr. Yazdani began his legal career as a law clerk and later an attorney at Bloomfield & Kempf, LLP, where his work helped the firm earn a top-tier U.S. News & Best Lawyers ranking in immigration law. In 2015, he founded Yazdani Law, LLC, a law firm dedicated exclusively to immigration matters. Since then, he has represented clients in complex removal (deportation) proceedings and secured successful results, including case terminations and other favorable immigration outcomes.

Mr. Yazdani is admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio and the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has served as AILA’s ICE liaison in Ohio and remains active in multiple legal associations.
