Robert P. Wisniewski II is an immigration attorney at The Nemecek Firm, Ltd., dedicated to protecting the rights of immigrants across Ohio and beyond. He brings a unique blend of courtroom experience, cross-cultural understanding, and unwavering commitment to justice in every case he handles.
Robert earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2023. He also holds a B.A. in Linguistics from The Ohio State University, which he earned in 2017.
Before becoming a lawyer, Robert served two years in the Peace Corps in Morocco, teaching English and leading community development projects. This hands-on global service deepened his appreciation for different cultures and his desire to serve immigrant populations.
During law school, Robert interned at the Columbus City Prosecutor’s Office, where he developed key legal skills. He later worked at a private criminal defense firm, successfully representing indigent clients in court. His early success in litigation laid a strong foundation for his work in immigration law.
Now fully dedicated to immigration law, Robert handles a variety of cases involving asylum, refugee protection, naturalization, family petitions, and TPS. He is known for being a relentless advocate, using his litigation background and language skills to communicate clearly and build trust with his clients.
Robert P. Wisniewski II is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He speaks English, Spanish, Moroccan Arabic, and conversational French, allowing him to effectively support clients from diverse backgrounds.
