Caroline Cox is an immigration attorney at The Nemecek Firm, Ltd., where she provides trusted legal guidance to individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. Ms. Cox earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2024, where she worked in the Immigration Clinic and served as a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. She received her B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Claremont McKenna College in 2021.

Caroline Cox passed the Uniform Bar Examination in July 2024 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of the same year. Her passion for immigration law began during college, shaped by her experiences with international peers facing the challenges of the U.S. immigration system.

As part of the legal team at The Nemecek Firm, Ltd., Ms. Cox contributes to a wide range of immigration cases, including asylum, TPS, citizenship, and family- or employment-based immigration.
