Paul A. Logan is an Associate Attorney licensed in Indiana. He concentrates his legal practice on administrative law, civil rights, constitutional issues, and employment law for employees. With a career spanning over two decades, Paul brings extensive litigation experience and in-depth legal insight to each case he handles, representing clients in both trial and appellate courts.
Paul earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1993. He further advanced his legal education by obtaining an LL.M. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific 1997. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Dayton, which he earned in 1989.
Admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1994, Paul is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His legal experience includes a range of complex litigation matters, and he has represented clients in several notable appellate cases, including Moberly v. Day before the Indiana Supreme Court and Borgman v. State Farm before the Court of Appeals of Indiana.
