Stephanie Jane Hahn

Stephanie Jane Hahn is a seasoned employment law attorney based in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a sole practitioner, she focuses exclusively on representing employees in various workplace legal matters. Her practice includes cases involving discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, and religion, as well as issues such as wrongful termination, retaliation, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, FMLA violations, and wage and hour disputes under the FLSA.

Stephanie earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995. During law school, she was an active member of the moot court team and represented her school in the Civil Rights Moot Court Competition.

Licensed to practice law in Indiana since 1995, Stephanie is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, she represents clients in federal and state courts and appears before key administrative agencies, including the EEOC.

Stephanie’s work includes drafting employment contracts, severance agreements, and noncompete clauses. She has also delivered training programs on employment law for unionized employees of major corporations. She frequently lectures at legal education events across Indiana, sharing insights on emerging employment law issues.

Stephanie Jane Hahn has earned recognition as one of Indiana’s “Top 25 Female Super Lawyers” and is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy. She has served in numerous leadership roles within the Indiana State Bar Association, including Chair of the Employment Law Council. Through dedication and depth of knowledge, Stephanie continues to advocate for employee rights and remains a trusted legal resource for workers across the state.
