Meghan U. Lehner is a dedicated employment law attorney who has spent her legal career defending workers’ rights in a wide range of employment disputes. Known for her sharp legal insight and unwavering advocacy, Meghan brings over a decade of courtroom and agency experience to every client she represents.
Meghan began her academic path at Hofstra University, where she earned her English degree while competing in collegiate tennis and softball. She later pursued her Juris Doctor at Indiana University McKinney School of Law, graduating in 2005. This foundation paved the way for her to be licensed in both Indiana and Florida.
Meghan’s early legal work began in Indianapolis with firms such as Fulk & Associates and Haskin, Lauter, LaRue & Gibbons. She later expanded her practice into Florida with a defense firm and returned to Indiana to focus exclusively on representing employees. Her experience spans Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, wage claims, and constitutional violations under the First Amendment and Due Process Clause.
Meghan has successfully advocated in federal courts across Indiana, including the Northern and Southern Districts, and has presented cases before the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also experienced in handling matters before the EEOC, MSPB, and SEAC, making her a trusted representative in both litigation and administrative proceedings.
