About

Paul A. Bullman is a skilled employment attorney who has exclusively represented workers since 2007. He has led numerous jury trials in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Paul actively represents employees before BOLI, the EEOC, and in both Oregon state and federal courts.

Paul earned a Business degree from the University of Missouri in 2003 and later completed his Juris Doctor in 2006 from the same university. His education helped him develop a strong foundation in law and business, which supports his strategic approach to advocating for workers facing unfair treatment.

Paul regularly advises lawmakers on employment laws, helping shape fair policies around harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. In 2024, he co-wrote key updates to Oregon’s harassment regulations. These changes, signed into law in 2025, include provisions Paul crafted using his deep experience in employment litigation.

Paul has earned several honors for his legal work. He was named a Super Lawyer in 2021 and recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2015 through 2017. In 2014, he was recognized for Civil Litigation by Lead Counsel, highlighting his ongoing excellence and leadership in employment law.

Paul is involved in legal leadership, having served as the immediate past President of a large group of employment attorneys. He was also a member of the Oregon House of Delegates for the Oregon State Bar, contributing to important decisions on bar policy, ethics rules, and professional standards.

Paul A. Bullman continues to be a strong advocate for employees. His dedication is seen through nearly two decades of legal action, lawmaking support, public education, and courtroom advocacy—all focused on protecting the rights of workers across Oregon and beyond.
