Nicholas A. Migliaccio

Nicholas A. Migliaccio is a dedicated trial attorney with over two decades of experience advocating for workers, consumers, and communities harmed by corporate misconduct. He has served as lead and co-lead counsel in many high-stakes class and mass action cases, earning relief for groups of people affected by wage theft, product defects, and unfair business practices.

Nicholas began his academic journey at the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Philosophy, graduating cum laude in 1997. He went on to receive his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001, where he served as an Editor for the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.

Nicholas is a leading advocate for workers and consumers, focusing on unpaid wage recovery and corporate fraud. He has played a key role in winning multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $42 million wage theft settlement for employees and a nationwide defective laptop lawsuit that delivered meaningful compensation to consumers across the country.

Nicholas has also fought for environmental justice and civil rights. He has represented property owners affected by pollution, won relief for unlawfully strip-searched detainees, and supported street vendors facing excessive fines. His legal work has brought results through litigation, settlement negotiations, and court-appointed leadership roles.

Nicholas has been appointed to leadership positions in multiple multidistrict litigations, including In Re Valsartan MDL and In re Chevy Bolt.
