Kyle T. Anderson is a skilled attorney whose practice centers on civil litigation, complex litigation, and employment law. Kyle earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University in 2015. He then received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2018. He excelled academically, earning the CALI Award in Employment Law and serving as a staff member of the Capital University Law Review.
Kyle has represented individuals facing sexual harassment, race and disability discrimination, FMLA violations, and issues related to background checks under the FCRA. He also assists with severance and employment contract matters, as well as collective and class action wage claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Ohio law. These experiences helped shape his practical understanding of litigation and employment issues from both the bench and legal theory sides.
Kyle is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His background in accounting enhances his ability to understand complex workplace and compensation issues relevant to litigation.
